A warm welcome to holiday flat Lechner-Kaltenhauser!
Our family-friendly and cosy holiday flat is located in a sunny area in the centre of Kramsach. The Tyrolean village is known for its beautiful lakeland, the varied possibilities in hiking, the skiing area Ski Juwel Alpbachtal-Wildschönau nearby and the harmonious interaction of nature and culture.
The holiday flat Lechner-Kaltenhauser has a well equipped  kitchen with a sitting area, a residential area with a sleeping facility (bedsofa) and TV, and a bed room with double bed. The bathroom / WC ist equipped with a bathtub. Our guests can use a garden with a children´s playground and you can use the facility to have a barbecue as well. A parking space is in front of the house.
It takes 5 minutes to drive to the lakes for bathing. Numerous hiking trails are nearby, a bike trail runs close to our house.

Our holiday flat is located near the centre of Kramsach. Supermarkets, a bakery, a cake shop and restaurants are within short walking distances. The bus stop is 100 m away.
